Dr. Low has helped me through some difficult [...] tests & has made my back pain management experience positive. We had lots of hoops to jump through. Can be very frustrating on both Dr. and patient. He was very understanding.

Dr. Low requested an xray from the offices upstairs from the Occupational Med. Department, in the basement. Those orders took two weeks to get upstairs. I waited in reception for 2 hours only to be told they need Dr's formal request for xray. I left and let them know I will get done when they get the orders. Dr. Low was in consultation and did not have time to resend. Just some sort of break down from one floor to the next.
