He suggested taking a medicine to help me sleep through the discomfort and pain I was feeling. To me, that would be masking a problem and helping with the sleep. I wanted to find out if my previous surgeries were damaged in the accident, as I feel that there is a nerve that is being pinched off and causing numbness in hands and feet. It feels like Novocain wearing off 24/7.

It dawned on me after I left the clinic that I was fully clothed during my entire physical exam. Although I was asked, and I declined, to have a test of my genitals, I think it would have been helpful to examine all other parts of my body such as my feet (which affects my overall health) and for any moles or other suspicious scars that are on the parts of my body I do not regularly see (such as my lower back).

Dr Nair is the best doctor I have had in a very long time. He manages my meds far better than my previous provider and is aware of my health issues during our visits.

Blamed my depression on birth control. His exact words were " about more than half of women on birth control experience depression like symptoms. My depression is caused by past life trauma. Told him I did not like the way the meds he gave me made me feel, so he prescribed me another. I did not want more medication. I will NOT be back to see Dr. Nair. [...]

Is it normal for a physical exam to be done with the patient fully clothed and not having his or her skin examined or his or her lower anatomy examined at all?

Dr. Nair is not only an extremely qualified doctor, but he has an excellent approach to put patients at ease. He has an excellent sense of humor and always laughs at my jokes...joking is my method for dealing with stress...so his laughter is helpful for me. I always recommend him to people I know.

My wife and I actually look forward to visiting the doctor now, as the doctor and staff make the visitors feel very welcomed. We had dropped our previous health care facility as the staff and doctors acted like they were in a rush every time we needed medical attention, with excessive wait times.

I don't feel like I can recommend Dr. Nair, even though I think he is a good doctor. I believe his time is too stretched seeing patients to do any follow up when the patient is NOT in front of him. I wish he had more time for follow up.
