Bad - #1 Doctor never introduced himself to me and did not call me by name #2 He decided to do a pelvic, which I needed for my condition, did not offer or allow me time to empty my bladder #3 Informed the doctor of the need to be careful in my rectal exam but he was rough and I experienced significant pain for the following week, the first two days after the exam were terrible Good His demeanor got kinder at the end of the appointment

Dr. Nishiyama takes care of my GYN needs; he is not my primary care physician. With that said, he is wonderful, kind, caring and sensitive. He always asked me about some other issues I've had that have nothing to do with GYN. From the front desk to the nurses, I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone is....

My care provider was everything one could wish for: warm, professional, direct and gentle. I feel more comfortable with him as my doctor than I have with gynecologists in past.

The only negative for me was when the nurse called with my test results. She didn't ask if I had questions and rushed through the information- causing me some anxiety about further testing.

The receptionist and the nurses were really nice. I had an apt at 9:20 […] and was full of emotions and it was hard dealing with my hormones being so out of wack […] I sat in the waiting room until at least 10:30 but I think actually longer [...] I was waiting so long then I went to see the doctor and he was super rushed and seemed in a hurry and told me exactly what he had to say gave me the quickest exam I have ever had and ran out. […] I felt like he did not care what so ever or give me an extra info that could have eased my mind. […] I felt like I was left with a lot of unanswered questions that I had to search on the Internet for. I just feel the doctors maybe are overbooked and aren't able to give enough time to each patient or he just didn't care to.
