Problem that has been ongoing for 8 months and countless visits never gets resolved. Both providers I have seen at this location are unhelpful and uncaring.

Dr. Palepu is an excellent doctor. She asks good questions and is very observant and listens to what the patient is trying to explain. She is very thorough and she doesn't miss anything! Always makes me feel that she is really concerned about my medical issues.

Didn't like that went for phisical and the care provider only questioned me about my health, as I didnt have any syntoms did not receive further check up. Don't think that is preventive care

The doctor was very kind and put me at ease. I was very nervous and self conscious but her demeanor was compassionate and I enjoyed my time with her. I would definitely (highly) recommend her and look forward to seeing her again.

I liked her very much, (this was our first meeting) but her accent is a tad heavy. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. She was very helpful and informative, but I'd feel far more comfortable with a doctor that would be easier to communicate with.

Two problems: The first was a dramatic understatement of the effects of the vaccine I was offered. I missed two days of work and hundreds of dollars of income. If I had known better I would have scheduled a different time. The second was difficulty in following up with prescriptions. Calling the office proved difficult and I was given different/conflicting information by different receptionists and I had to call the office on at least 4 occasions (so far) and the mail in pharmacy on at least 4 occasions (so far) due to confusions and mix ups with the prescriptions and them both claiming that they cannot call the other but blaming each other for the issues I was having. Given the state I was in after the vaccinations this proved extremely frustrating.

the doctor was unable to hflp me with the reason I came in, so overall disappointed that I wasted my time on this appointment.

This care provider was not able to perform the office procedure I needed. [...] She further explained that I needed to reschedule my procedure with another care provider, which I did do.

I am so glad she shared that she was a vegetarian. It helped me be more relaxed in my own decision of being plant based.

Dr. Raj is one of the better doctors I am fortunate to have. This was my first physical with her, but she listened and gave me appropriate advice to my concerns!

This was first visit because Dr. [...] left. So my comparison is with her. I thought Dr. [...] was more friendly and thorough. I was disappointed not because Dr. Palepu but she didn't take the time to exam & talk with me as much as Dr. [...].

This was my first visit with this care provider. I don't have enough experience to make a judgement about recommending her or not. I did feel comfortable with her, though.

The only negative thing that sticks out is that she told me she put in standing lab orders so I could come in whenever to get them done, but didn't specify where the lab was located.

this was my 1st visit with this MD and it was for an annual exam. I felt that the previous MD whom I had only seen once before she left (for a meet & greet) listened more. I had given extensive documentation to the previous Doctor [...], but my records had not been scanned into my chart and I was told they could not be found. with my medical history this is a grievous error on the part of Providence Medical and I am upset about this

Obviously a knowledgeable provider but she did not explain to me what she was doing during the physical exam or reassure me that everything was normal.
