nurse was awful. awesome physician and staff. The nurse acted as if I was sub human. I had to remind her that manners and respect of my humanity and that of my employee was necessary. she did not get it. AWFUL representation of an otherwise awesome practice. she embodied the negative political and social climate.

This visit with Dr. Ramu was very rushed. I'm expected to be there 15 minutes before appointment, so just say the appointment is at 1045-not 1100. I arrived ON TIME at 1045 and was seen at 1125. then he was in a BIG hurry. (not typical, by the way). [...] the nurse was awesome as usual and apologized for the delay. I received all the instructions. when I got home I noticed he changed a time on a med-did NOT tell me. (I'm still taking the med the former way.)I do believe Dr. Ramu is good-just not a good experience this time.
