Very good.

the best

Everybody was very helpful.

Keep up the good work Thank You

[...] he is not my primary but I really like their care.

Only good things!

Friendly & knowledgeable.

my provider would always poke at my leg and when I flinched he would say"does that hurt?". my right knee has been in pain and numbness since [...] the date of original surgery( I've had three so far, one more pending). some visits I tell him I have better weeks than others and would be surprised when I see him again and in not feel well. I cannot perform my job anymore because of this injury! I keep asking them to assist me in getting of the opioids (addiction by now- it's been 11 and a 1/2 months).I generally get the look like I'm just your average junkie who only wants the pills for pleasure. I assure you I can't wait to be completely off off medication I don't need!

Wonderful provider & staff.

All my questions and concerns were answered with, "I've never had a patient with this complaint before." My questions were not addressed at all. I still don't know what to do about numbness on the left side of my face, or what alternative options I have to lower my cholesterol.

care was very good if I ever experience this problem again I would surely wa t the same team

I went as a GMO follow up for a specific scan. Everyone was very nice and helpful and informational.

Was very comfortable with this Dr.

Did not have any sense of urgency to fix my problem.

Hard times getting scheduled in a timely manner. Referral process very frustrating.

The ultrasound and talk with the PA were adequate. We waited for over 45 minutes to talk to Dr. Rizvi, whom we had never met. It appeared that he had no intention of meeting with us. When we finally met with him, he did not appear to know why he was even seeing us. We have signed on to My Chart, but there is nothing there. This visit was requested by a surgeon. How can we share the results if there are no test results showing from either visit? This was a very expensive visit, providing little outcome.

has to be the best

I went to have a carotid ultrasound followed by an appointment with the provider to see if occlusion had worsened. I follow up with this twice a year and travel from [...] Idaho. Staff is always very helpful to try to arrange an appointment where I can have the ultrasound closely followed by a provider visit. I usually see one of the physicians assistants who are great at explaining and answering my questions.

Very friendly, thorough, informative, considerate.

Dr. Rizvi was truly excellent in all categories.
