Dr. Miranda and her assistants are caring. She has nothing to do with how long it takes to get a routine appointment, which was asked for in early September and scheduled for October [...]. Long wait time for routine appointment.

My only concern/complaint is how far the front door is from the parking lot. Also the waiting time for the actual dr. to come in.

I had a couple of items I wanted to talk about, but the doctor did not ask if I had any problems or concerns, so i did not have the opportunity to bring them up.

She was not helpful at all, when I had two medical things show up on my labs she suggested nothing, no further test. in fact I had low stomach acid and she suggested me to take something to stop acid. I complained of pain and instead of her helping me figure it out, I went to google and figured it out on my own by reading my own labs. she told me she would order a ultrasound to figure out my pain but she didn't. this is the worst possible provider and I asked to change but they said I couldn't. she didnt care about my health, I now have to change to a whole new place. I love the building and everyone else in it, but I won't be going back!

She has been the best in assessing my needs and working with me to solve any health issues. The first time I saw her was while I was experiencing a health crisis and she acted quickly, compassionately, and knowledgably to get me the care needed. She is a wonderful doc and a real blessing.

Sometimes I feel I am being rushed out of the exam room, or Dr. Miranda is not willing to spend enough time with me so I can get answers to questions I may have. If I perhaps have more than one health issue to present, I have been told I can address only one problem for each visit. This was told to me by another doctor before I started seeing Dr. Miranda.

the only trouble with providence family medical in spokane valley is when I refill my ambien cr 6.25 mg. costco tells me that the faxed the refill request twice showing me the time and date. pfm-sv indicates that they do not get the request. five days later i need to raise holy heck about it, then it is ordered.

This doctor is replacing my regular physician who has retired. This is the fourth different doctor I have seen in my last four visits. I thought the process was rather cold in impersonal. Efficient, but a bit aloof. I do like having my test results available on line when they are available.

Dr Miranda is a good doctor. It took me almost 9 month before she was here. Some prior doctors at clinic were no help at all.
