I was treated with respect and also the lab tech was definitely a great experience. She took good care of us and I would recommend her and all the staff at Providence to all the people I know and am concerned about. Thank you for being so understanding.

This was my first visit with this provider and was trying to set up a PCP for me. I arrived for my appointment 25 minutes early to fill out case history, then when the MA took me to the room, he took another history of the exact same information I had filled out on the paperwork prior to entering the room. Then, when the ARNP came in after sitting in the room alone for 25 minutes waiting for her to enter, she asked me the exact same medical history questions I had already answered twice before her entry on the paperwork and to the MA. By this time, I was annoyed. There was very little sense of checking me out. The MA had taken my blood pressure, temperature, height and weight; the ARNP listened to my heart and lungs and looked in my ears and mouth. She basically did not lay a hand on me and ordered blood work for me to have done and that was my complete physical examination. No basic health advice shared, no words of wisdom, no sense of care about my well-being and basically told me to get my blood draw, come back next year, and come back sooner if anything else goes wrong before my next "physical". It was quite possibly the stupidest waste of time I have had in the past 39 years of my life. Useless [...].

Stacy Rush was wonderful, seemed to care about my wellbeing and asked about my feelings of previous experiences with providers and had done what others have refused to do in the past (example: referrals) however, I again (with out failure of bringing my children or myself) was practically ignored by reception, and rushed along by rude RNs with horrible attitudes. T[...] With the exception of Stacy Rush and [...], I have not been pleased with my families visits.

My doctor listened to my concerns. She ran blood panels i didn't think i needed. To my surprise my blood panel came back positive for what she suspected was happening to me. Dr. Rush is an extraordinary doctor. She uses her keen insight, knowledge of medicine and her ability and desire to listen, observe an evaluate, to properly diagnose and treat. I trust her completely. She's caring, rational, and outstanding at her profession.

This was my first visit to the office. it was for the purpose of establishing care with the office. I'm not sure if my full medical records arrived from my previous provider at the time of this visit, therefore, some of my answers would have most likely varied. All in all, I was very pleased with my first visit.

I was given a urine pregnancy test. I was there to DISCUSS birth control. Returning for actual birth control. I don't think I needed this test done at this visit. Extra cost.

I was seeing Dr. [...] and was mistreated and felt that he didn't care what I had to say. he use to just tell me to loose weight and I'd feel better not look into why I was hurting. I finally changed doctors and Dr. [...] took the time to listen and get referrals for me. So I am happy now and the Dr. Rush that is covering for Dr. [...] is wonderful and really took the time to listen and get to know me and make sure my checkup went well.
