I look at my doctor as a friend, counselor and healer. He talks at my level and is always so kind. His nurse Baylee is the same makes me feel just as comfortable. She also caught that my prescription pill changed by my pharmacy and wanted to make sure I knew not to take a pill and a half once I started the new bottle and just start taking one. I appreciate them both!

Dr. Shannon is thorough and listens to help me understand my conditions. After nearly 40 years of service, he has diagnosed and nurtured me through prostate cancer in 2000 and colon cancer 2019. Along the way he's covered many other issues. There are no words that can describe my appreciation of his service to me and our community.

I really appreciated Shannon taking the time to fit me in with my vital health concerns after having my baby when my primary was not. He has very professional and down to earth. He took the time to be personal and get on my level. And really just seamed to care about my concerns and me as a person. I really appreciated him taking the time and being that way rather than some of the other doctors who are just in and out and you are just another person in their day. I'm definitely switching my provider over to Shannon after this last few experiences with my current provider.

Dr. SHANNON is outstanding in his care provided. He's patient, calming, and thorough in explaining why I have the issues I have. Front desk could be a bit friendlier but I understand how it is working with the public all day.

Dr. Shannon has been my primary provider for several years. He worked well with my cancer docs and has always responded to my needs/concerns with the best advise possible. I consider him a good friend as well as my trusted health provider.

I've had Dr Shannon as my care provider for over 35 years so he knows my health conditions well and I have confidence in what he advises for a medical issue that I see him for.

Overall my experience with my provider and other staff members in the credenza colville clinic, ie my care team, have been helpful caring and courteous to the highest degree. I personally feel that when a patient such as myself and others talking with their provider, they should feel the most comfortable talking about any issue or concern without worrying about being judged or fear of ridicule, or feel they're not being heard. I've not had issues like that with Dr. Shannon. He has been a great listener and shows a level of care I haven't experienced elsewhere in the entirety of any medical practice. In short, I feel blessed to have him as my primary care provider. I wouldn't want it any other way. Lastly, I believe that with all of those positive attributes, another one stands out that makes my day better during some of my visits, that is, having a sense of humor. In my opinion, that goes a long way, sometimes makes my whole day alot better. I don't feel the anxiety going to my appointments anymore. Overall, great experience with him and my care team.

Dr Shannon is the best my whole family goes to him. My grandparents, my parents and my siblings families also go to him.

Dr. Shannon is my favorite provider. I really have not found another provider that I trust or am willing to go to. My only issue is that scheduling with him is quite difficult because he is very busy, when I am actually sick it is difficult to get an appointment with him which is frustrating because I don't want to see someone who I don't know or trust when I am actually sick.

Always impressed with the Doctors knowledge base and how he can describe their inter-workings. He ought to be giving classes on line or in person.
