The appointments are too short for any real help. Also, we had a four day wait for lab test results which should have only taken two days due to a screw up in the lab. A real mess.

Frustrated re: staff confusion over my medical records history and current status. Visited a Dr in Urgent Care as my reg Dr was 'unavailable': Reg Dr gave me opposite info on pain meds that Urgent Care Dr prescribed (Reg Dr may have been correct, but: confusion). Reg Dr emailed me with last year's report on a procedure that didn't relate to current condition. Only part of my current condition addressed during office visit.

The clerk that checked me in was rude that I had missed my mandated 20 minute check in time frame. though I was there about 7 minutes before the appointment, and had filled out all paperwork on line prior. I still had to wait about 15 minutes in the waiting room, and about 10 minutes once I the exam room. A patient's time is just as important as the staff. 20 minute check in is too long if you have to wait additional time past your appointment period to be seen.

Referral done promptly. I use My Chart for appointments, messages, and diagnostic results. I have been called in the past with results that needed a timely response. I really like this provider. She is skilled and knowledgeable. She consults others when needed. She listens and is very caring.

I had to drive down to your Cheales hospital, to get an MRI, because the Olympia facility could not do one until mid March. I was also advised by one of you RNs to go to the ER for my herniated disks. I had already done this once. From my perspective I am in a care system, I should not need to revert to an emergency care system, just to get care. A need to fall back to the ER system seems like a failure of my primary care system. [...]

I was told my secondary insurance didn't have an ID so I needed to get it in order for it to be processed/accepted at the front desk. it had a group number, but I was told that wasn't enough. I've been to other places where I've presented it and it was accepted for processing, so that was a bit disappointing customer service as I've never had a problem with it before.

During my last visit she was handling a urgent type situation with another patient and was more distracted than usual because of that but she met my needs.

We were a bit late for the appointment because of Moms health and slowness. The recsptionist was very kind and asked Rosemary if she could see us anyway. Mom was seen and Rosemary was very thorough, as there was recent hospitalization, home health PT orders to sign, labs to order,new meds to review, and future care. to discuss. She took the time to get all the correct new information and was very kind and helpful. We thank her for taking the time, (even though we were late). And we appreciate her expertise and conscienstiousness.
