She stated that she did not know how to read labs and prescribe an appropriate hormone dose. She says she gives everyone the same dose, then tried to talk me out of her.

Dr. Than explained everything in a way I could understand. She answered all my questions. She was efficient and compassionate.

Knowledgeable and courteous personnel.....

This was my first visit to your office, provider did not ask any appropriate questions that come w/an yearly exam. WILL NOT BE returning.

I felt like she didn't want to help me & wanted to shove permanent birth control in me & send me away. Even though I've never birthed a child .and waited in the littel.patients room longer than the amount of time she spent on me

friendly&put me at ease.steait forward witch was good. All in timely matter

the worst experiances in my life. was behind from a prior pstient. hurried me though because of. made me fell something was very wrong without explanation. I was in obvious pain due to her and she didn't stop until I could get relief. very rude person. Not seemingly very smart about gyno type issues. Still have not seen any results. was told to see a special list but still have no referral or what exact problem is.will never go back to her or providence.

She just needs to listen and actual get to know her patients needs and conc er ns instead of trying to rush through everyone it makes people feel unwanted and horrible about themselves because a dr that your trusting to help bring a life into this world is just rushing you through an appt because she doest want to deal with you.

The provider was great about attending the immediate problem.

I am pleased with Dr. Than's care. She listens.

too quick

She was very nice and easy to talk to.

doctor didn't check me. spend maybe 2 minutes in the room with me. [...]

Dr. Than is the worst pregnancy dr I could imagine. she didn't answer my questions. this is my first pregnancy and she is not helpful at all for me . I let the nurses know that I have questions to ask her and she doesn't answer my questions if I tell her that I have questions before she leaves the room she makes me feel like I am inconveniencing her. there is not a single chance that I would ever recommend Dr. Than to another expecting mother. I am actually as we speak looking for a new doctor .

I have great confidence in Dr. Than's knowledge & skill; however she is not a "warm" person; her bedside manner is brisk, professional & cool. I would like to see her smile.

my doctor was very empathetic and concerned about me as an individual and didn't judge me

Dr was in a big hurry so performed the test and left the room with little dialog. Still do not have test results after 12 days.

She made sure that my happiness was put first.

she was running late, so I felt a little rushed.

Respectful, fast and efficient.

She was fine, but they were VERY busy and I've never had a pap smear quite that quick. I was waiting for the doctor longer than she was there. I told her of some problems I have with birth control and it almost seemed like she wasn't listening. She prescribed me a different form, which I understand would be normal protocol, but I wasn't looking for a fix for my heavy periods and have had REALLY bad side effects with EVERY contraceptive I've taken. I was only able to get to 3 out of my 4 questions with her and was quickly rushed out.

Dr. Than, was to the point, helpful and did give me a referral.

She was very rushed and uncaring.

This provider did not care about all my symptoms that I came to her for. She only cared about one that pointed her to what she "thought" was wrong with me. Told me I'd never have children without special medication, didn't give me any information other than a prescription and shoved me out the door since it was 5 o'clock. [...] As a result of this experience, I would rather drive to Tacoma for an appointment than go to her. She was very impersonal and didn't care what so ever [...]. She said get dressed ill be back with your prescription. She handed it to me and then walked out the door without saying a word!! [...] I have never left a doctor's office feeling as horrible about myself in my life!!! [...] She is very impersonal and does not care about your worries or feelings.

they are baby orianted and not simpatetic to cancer survivors issues

I spoke with nurse about issues I was having. and when dr came in she was already behind and rushed through everything. Even asked me if I still wanted the exam. I work [...], time off is rare so I felt discarded immediately. my time is valuable and to be blown off was unacceptable. I will be finding another provider. [...] Now I have to wait maybe months to be able to get another appointment somewhere while my health issues continue, very disrespected. every patient deserves time. I had to wait 45 minutes to get in after arriving early,so why did I not receive the time other patients did?

very nice and very quick don't really have to wait that long everyone there is just I would recommend this place to others and family wonderful and caring I thank you.

She seemed indifferent to my symptoms and it felt like I was wasting her time. Also, language barrier.

Doctor Than is very good doctor. Responsible and respectful with all the questions and concerns I may have.

always have an excellent experience here. the doctor and staff take very good care of me.

quick in and out. Got easy help with scheduling a mammogram. When my Rx was not affordable, my caregiver helped immensely.

I was referred to this provider but treated as though I shouldn't be there. Was left sitting [...] on exam table for long time, had to [...] ask nurses in hall why I was left so long. They told dr. & she came in! finally!!!

The Dr needed to spend a little more time with me. She was in a rush to basically get me out the door.

Than's office and Providence hospital staff treated me extremely well and never made me feel like I was a nuisance. My pregnancy, unplanned, was very smooth and easy and non stressful with all of their help!

The staff was very professional and quick to address my concerns. Thank you!

She is a very good doctor. She always listen what I have to say and answer my questions. She does a very good job.
