Listened to both my wife and I. Took time to explain results of test.

Dr Klein is a great doc, he and his staff went out of the way to make room for use to be seen. I have a real problem and need to see someone soon. Dr Klein made that happen, everyone in his staff worked to make it happen. Thanks

[...] after the visit, it didn't make sense that we tried one of several possible approaches, and he ordered some additional testing, then recommended that I see my usual provider in a year. It seemed that we had taken step 1, and needed to have a plan of if or when step 2 would happen before I went back to my usual provider dr.

Doctor Klein is an excellent cardiologist to see for any irregular heart problem. I found him courteous and informative both to me and my wife. His staff is very professional also. I will return to this facility in the future if my needs dictate it.

Answered all of my questions, and gave thoughtful answers.

[...] He is A very knowledgeable, down to earth man, with a good bed side manner. His discussion with me was through. I'll enjoy seeing him in the future.

I have had excellent care from all the doctors and their teams every time I see them.

I would like to have discussed the alternative medicines and their pros & cons.

Once at the office everyone was very friendly. However, when the office called to confirm my appointment I did not appreciate the tone of the person calling indicating that they "expected" me to be there early, I just think that is a poor choice of words and can be very offensive to most people.

Providence staff I consider best in Spokane.

My experience was very good.

Dr Kline is a very good doctor. I trust him with my heart.

Dr Klein is very caring and sensitive to what concerns his patient. We have recommended him to several family members and one member has an appt with him in August.

Dr. Klein was highly knowledgeable concerning my medical condition; and clearly defined the reasoning for his recommendations. That was very assuring to me.

Exceptionally good.

My visits to the Heart Institute have always been positive. Receptionists greet you quickey and professionally. Wait times are kept to a minimum. Once in the exam room, the doctor arrives shortly and begins the patient interview. He has my records at his disposal, and always is knowledgeable about my situation and needs. I have always been very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of staff members.

Great doctor! Great group! Thank you!

Dr. Klein was very attentive and patient answering any and all of my questions.

all the doctors and staff have been more then helpful

It took awhile to get an appointment after getting out of the hospital. I like him.

Dr Klein knows the heart

Was referred to this provider for consultation. This provider was excellent.

I thought that Dr. Klein was very sensitive to my condition and my feelings. He was very informative and understanding. I really likes him very much.

Doctor was great, nurse was great, person answering phone sounded annoyed that I called.

Dr. Klein is a very nice man, and I'd recommend him and all your people to anyone.

Visits have been nothing less than terrific.

Very happy with Drs. nurses & staff.
