the ma [...] was not outgoing or very friendly to me or my child. also I was in the office (mostly waiting) for over an hour and a half. that's ridiculous when I was there early to check in and I waited for at least an hour of that time. this office seriously overbooks the providers and for those that are actually on time to their appointments it makes it infuriating to consistently have to wait for over 20 minutes. my time is just as valuable as the providers and everyone else.

Julie was amazing. Usually my kids are scared to go to the dr. (4 yr. & 1 yr.) but with Julie they didn't even cry!

I was not impressed with Julie. She broken a tongue depresser off in my 4 days old daughter's mouth. I didn't feel confident in her recommendations. I will be requesting to see anyone else but her at my next visit.

Julie is fantastic! she speaks to the child first and then the adult! she is very patient and goes though every aspect to ensure the right diagnosis is given.

Julie rushed through examining [...]. I did not feel she took an adequate amount of time to fully understand and take care of [...]s condition. She seemed in a hurry to get through this patient so she could hurry up and get to the next. When calling the following day and speaking to a nurse named [...] regarding the medication that Julie prescribed, [...] was very rude, and made it seem like it was my fault that my daughter was having a reaction to this medication. She told me I should have known it was to only been given at bedtime and also on a full stomach. The medication label says every 4-6 hours as needed for cough. NOWHERE on the bottle or in any information does it say only at bedtime and that it must be given with food. [...] was rude and as a parent with a sick child I should never feel like my child is having reactions from a medication because of something I did. I was very upset after speaking with her. I will be following up with Dr [...], my daughter's regular pediatrician at our next visit in June.

She is very dismissive and condescending and, while she does give overly explained details, the medical info provided is wholly inaccurate-as confirmed by a second opinion. I do not trust her professional advice and do not appreciate her rude, sarcastic manner. Someone that pompous should at least make certain they're correct.

I feel that a lot of times when we discuss things the answer is always to shove another medication at the problem vs education on how diet and exercise could affect the situations we are dealing with.

I would recommend any of the other providers at this office but I will not ever recommend Julie to anyone that I know!

Julie Tviet has been wonderful with my son. Both my son and Daughter have seen her since birth. She is their primary care provider. [...] My son [...] has been diagnosed with ADHD and Julie has always been able to assist us in finding the perfect treatments plans for his needs. I am truly very thankful that [...] has always been able to see her and that she is so helpful and great with him. It is great that she has been able to be his doctor this whole time that he has needed her help for his ADHD.
