This was a cardiology first visit after many years, so my records were badly in need of updating. Staff very efficiently got the records up to date. Provider, Nancy, was professional and quickly assessed my situation. We have a short term plan. My issue with this visit was in the surgical waiting area. They send lab draws in there too. We signed in and waited an hour for a blood draw, which I found ridiculously long.Thank you.

The doctor/specialist who I met with was short with her speech, rudely toned, and did not seem to believe me or listen to me about previous experiences I had/symptoms. I was referred to them by my obgyn because of unusual heart rate/fluctuations during pregnancy and birth. Her explanation of those unusual symptoms did not make sense with what I had experienced and left out any explanation of why I had them during my pregnancy/before labor started. Was a very bad experience. I definitely did not feel heard or respected.

I left knowing more about possible heart issues than I expected and have another test scheduled. In retirement, I seem to go to a lot of dr appointments.
