I believe that pregnancy and birth are normal, healthy processes, and profound life events. As a provider, I feel it is my privilege to walk alongside women throughout adolescence, the childbearing cycle and beyond. I am committed to fostering a relationship of trust and respect with women and their families. I strive to provide complete, relevant and evidence-based information that empower my patients to make informed choices regarding their health care options. My highest goal is to deliver safe, personalized care that promotes optimal health and respects the diversity of women's needs.

I am passionate about health and nutrition and strive to foster an active, healthful lifestyle for both myself and my family. Born and raised in southern British Columbia, I celebrate and enjoy the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. This includes an assortment of outdoor activities including cycling, skiing, hiking and backpacking. I also cherish the quiet moments of practicing yoga, reading a book, or playing my ukulele. The best parts of my life are spent with my husband and three children, exploring new places and cultures, eating delicious food, and searching for the elusive perfect photo.
