Healthy Heart Exam
A low-cost, comprehensive exam to help individuals gauge their heart health. Exam includes a resting EKG, complete cholesterol analysis, blood glucose test, height and weight measurement, blood pressure check, physical fitness evaluation and a consultation with a cardiovascular preventions specialist. This exam takes only 30 minutes.

Cardiovascular Rehabilitation
Education and individualized exercise therapy program for persons with recent cardiovascular events such as heart attack, heart surgery or angioplasty/stent. Physician referral required. Length of program and cost varies per individual program and is billed to insurance. Education sessions are free.

Education and individualized exercise therapy program for persons with lung disease. Physician referral required. Program length is two sessions per week for 8 - 12 weeks. Cost varies per individual program and is billed to insurance.
