Elegant Trees, Festive Entertainment at the Festival of Trees
Free Community Open House
Everett, WA -- Providence General Foundation invites the community to attend the 24th annual Festival of Trees Community Open House. This free community event is open to all ages on Wednesday, December 2, noon through 8:00 p.m. at the Everett Events Center, 2000 Hewitt Avenue, Suite 200, Everett. Over 18 beautifully adorned trees and dozens of wreaths and other Christmas decorations will be on display – some of the specialty-themed trees include: a Child’s Fantasy, a Nutcracker tree and Gifts of Santa’s Kitchen.
The Community Open House will feature seasonal entertainment, local school choirs and musical ensembles, children’s activities, and holiday refreshments. Children can enjoy holiday arts and crafts from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive at noon and greet children through 8:00 p.m. Santa photos are available from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Festival of Trees Community Day is part of a weeklong series of events benefiting the Providence Children’s Center, one of the largest neuromuscular diagnostic and treatment centers in the state of Washington.

About the Children’s Center – The Providence Children’s Center at the Pavilion for Women and Children offers medically based evaluation and treatment by therapists with advanced pediatric training in neurodevelopmental technique. Every week the Providence Children's Center sees more than 200 families for diagnostic and/or treatment services for children, many with no means to pay.
