Pre-registering online before you arrive at the hospital prepares us for your arrival and saves you time when you check in.
As soon as we receive your online pre-registration form, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail and give you a call if we have any questions.
Surgery patients
Please note that if you have a Monday surgical procedure, you'll need to pre-register before 5 p.m. on Friday. Or, you can simply register when you arrive. Pre-register for surgery.
Maternity patients
As a maternity patient, we encourage you to pre-register in your first trimester. Pre-register for maternity.
