Dr. Brinkley received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1987.  He completed his residency at Aultman Hospital in Canton, Ohio in 1991.  Dr Brinkley joined Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in 1991, and in 1993 he became board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  Over the years, Dr. Brinkley has served on many committees within Providence Regional.  From 1995 to 1998, he served as the Co Chairman and Department Chairman for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  Dr Brinkley has also served on the Medical Quality Review Board since 1999.

Some of Dr. Brinkley’s special interests with his practice include routine obstetrical care, general gynecologic issues, and laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. Brinkley is married and has two sons.  He enjoys boating, hiking, and traveling with his family.
