CAHPS Results
The Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems is a set of standardized surveys that reports on the patient experience and satisfaction with ambulatory and facility-level care. The results are reviewed and reported to asses and improve patient care and performance.
All information on charts reflects Providence Health Plan commercial membership.
2009 results are based on data collected from 2008.
