The Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set is a set of standardized performance measures designed to ensure that purchasers and consumers have the information they need to reliably compare the performance of managed care plans. It is used by approximately 90 percent of all health plans. As shown by the HEDIS results below, Providence Health Plan’s award winning Disease Management results are above the national average for the measures.
All information on charts reflects Providence Health Plan commercial membership.
