Need a new doctor?

With Providence Health Plan, you have access to our extensive national network of more than 540,000 providers, offering quality health care in all 50 states. Search by entering a provider type and your zip code.

Live or work in the Portland area?

You have access to Providence Medical Group and participating health centers that offer electronic medical records and online consultations with your doctor by e-mail at select Portland clinic locations.

Looking for a provider not in our network?

No problem. With either of your Providence Health Plan options, simply pay your coinsurance for your out-of-plan benefits after meeting your deductible. Your out-of-pocket maximum (in addition to your deductible) limits how much you will pay in any given calendar year for most covered services. (When the cost of out-of-plan services exceeds usual, customary and reasonable charges, you are responsible for paying the provider any difference.)
