Seasonal Flu-Shot Information
Keep your employees healthy during flu season by encouraging them to schedule a seasonal flu shot with their provider or at one of our participating pharmacies. Flu shots are available to Providence Health Plan members at no cost.
Check back for updates as participating pharmacies are added. Participating pharmacies now include:

Contact GetAFluShot.com, Wellness2000, Inc., Multiple Sclerosis Society of Portland, OR, Inc. or any Fred Meyer Pharmacy or Safeway Pharmacy in Oregon or southwest Washington to set up a flu-shot clinic at your work place.
Flu shots for Providence Health Plan members are covered in full, but members must present their ID card at time of service.

- A $60 fee is assessed for clinics with fewer than 50 participants.

- Businesses with slightly fewer participants can sometimes be accommodated, but will be assessed an additional $60 fee for clinics with fewer than 20 participants.

Helpful Information for Planning Your Onsite Flu Shot Clinic
Employees who would like a flu shot should wear clothing that allows easy access to the upper part of the arm. Flu-shot clinics vary in length. Approximate clinic times depend on how many employees participate:
- Up to 25 people – 30 minutes
- 25 to 50 people – 1 hour
- 51 to 75 people – 1.5 hours
- 76 to 100 people – 2 hours
