Seasonal Flu-Shot Information
Keep your employees healthy during flu season by encouraging them to schedule a seasonal flu shot with their provider or at one of our participating pharmacies. Employees can search our provider and pharmacy directory to find options near where they live or work.
What employees should know
Providence Health Plan members may choose to receive a flu shot from their participating provider and pay their office-visit copay or coinsurance, or go to their local participating pharmacy and pay up to a $10 copay. Participating pharmacies include:

- Banks Pharmacy
- Bi-Mart
- Dallas Pillbox Pharmacy
- Fred Meyer
- Haggen Lambs Garden Home Pharmacy
- Malheur Drug
- Providence Plaza Pharmacy
- Safeway
- Vernonia Pharmacy
- Walgreens
- Yoke's Food, Inc.
Providence Health Plan members must present their ID card at time of service. The cost for employees who are not Providence Health Plan members varies. Ask your participating pharmacy for details.
On-site flu-shot clinics
Due to increased demand for flu shots this year, most pharmacies are no longer able to schedule on-site flu-shot clinics. This may change as additional seasonal flu vaccine becomes available. Please contact your local participating pharmacy for details.
