Value-based plans save employees money on many in-plan services compared to our standard open option plans. On all our plans, we waive the deductible on all the following services.

Out-of-plan benefits available with coinsurance on all of our open option plans, including Value Based Open Option. The money employees pay in coinsurance applies to their out-of-pocket maximum.
