Health coaching for individuals – Employees can maintain a healthy weight, manage stress and achieve other health goals with telephone-based motivational coaching, award-winning materials, special online resources and incentives. Contact your account manager to learn more.
Professional counseling – Employees receive confidential, effective help for depression or addiction, legal or financial problems, marital concerns and other serious issues that affect job performance through the Providence Employee Assistance Program.
