Health BalanceSM can be customized to meet the needs of your employees with individual counseling features, available at an additional cost.
Options
- Health coaching for individuals – Large group employees can maintain a healthy weight, manage stress and achieve other health goals with telephone-based motivational coaching, award-winning materials, special online resources and incentives. Options include 12 sessions per year at no cost, or buy-up options of 24 or 52 sessions per year. Contact your account manager to learn more.
- Professional counseling – Employees receive confidential, effective help for depression or addiction, legal or financial problems, marital concerns and other serious issues that affect job performance through the Providence Employee Assistance Program.
