- Providence Personal Option – Access without the need for referrals to a participating provider panel.
- Providence Open Option – Same features as our Personal Option with the addition of an in-plan national network or the choice to see non-participating providers though an out-of-plan benefit.
- Providence Medicare Group Plans – Health plans designed to meet the needs of people who are eligible for Original Medicare.
- Providence Traditional Option – A fee-for-service plan for employees living outside the Providence Health Plan service area. (Limited to Large Groups meeting certain guidelines).
