- Providence Open Option – Same features as our Personal Option with the addition of an in-plan national network or the choice to see non-participating providers though an out-of-plan benefit.
- Providence Medicare Group Plans – Health plans designed to meet the needs of people who are eligible for Original Medicare.
- Providence Traditional Option – A fee-for-service plan for employees living outside the Providence Health Plan service area. (Limited to Large Groups meeting certain guidelines).

- Providence ASO – Self-funded employers who assume the financial risk for providing employee health can outsource administrative health plan needs to Providence Health Plan. - Providence Preferred PPO – a network of physicians, hospitals and ancillary service providers throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington designed to manage the cost, delivery and quality of health care.
- Providence MCO – a state-certified managed care organization designed to complement employer claims management program for workers' compensation claims.

- Providence Employee Assistance Program - Provide confidential, professional help to employees with personal concerns. EAP help is available to help employees manage stress, depression, addiction, marital problems and financial or legal difficulties.
