Help Employees Manage Costs
Allegiance is offering their services at a discount to PHP customers. Allegiance applies payroll deductions based on Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code for “pre-tax” accounts to pay for certain expenses, including medical, dental, and vision premiums; group term life premiums; out-of-pocket medical related expenses; and dependent care expenses for qualified dependents. Savings can be considerable, even up to 30 percent from pre-tax income used for appropriate services.
