Providence Individual and Family Plans provide prescription drugs as part of our covered benefits for all of our plans.
Optimum Plans
- Generic drugs: $10 copay, deductible waived
- Brand name drugs: 50% coinsurance, deductible waived
Value Plans
- Generic drugs: 50% coinsurance, deductible waived
- Brand name drugs: 50% coinsurance, deductible waived
HSA Plans
- Generic drugs: 50% coinsurance
- Brand name drugs: 50% coinsurance

Prescription drug coverage is not available on the Prime 10,000 plan.
