Participating Mail Order Pharmacies
A 90-day supply of maintenance medication is available through the mail order and preferred retail stores, such as Fred Meyer, Costco and Walgreens pharmacies. The 90-day supply copayment or coinsurance applies. Not all covered prescription drugs are available by mail order or in a 90-day supply.
