As a Providence Health Plan member, you have access to discounts on eye exams and eyeglasses through Binyon's locations in Oregon and SW Washington. This is not a covered benefit under your medical health plan, but is a member extra value service.

Who is Eligible?

All Providence Health Plan covered members and their qualified dependents, unless other wise noted. Some restrictions apply. The participating provider will verify your eligibility when you present your PHP member ID card.

Eye Exam & Eyeglass Discounts

  • Vision examination*: $40
  • Eyeglass frames*: Discount based on frame type
  • Eyeglass lens*: Single vision $59.99; Bifocal $82.49, Trifocal $119.99, Progressive $119.99
  • Eyeglass lens upgrade: Based on lens type, $20 per upgade including; AR & UV Coating, Edge Polish, EG protection and Tints
