Finding your doctor is easy and convenient. Visit the provider directory and select "find a doctor," or call us. Our online directory also reflects family and primary care physician ratings on preventing or managing disease.
Our prescription benefits have no deductible. Ninety-day supplies of prescriptions are available from mail-order and local retailers such as Costco, Walgreens, Safeway, Fred Meyer, QFC and Yoke’s.

For medical questions or to be seen quickly, urgent care is available at a low $25 copay. Our ProvRN nurses are available by phone 24 hours a day to answer questions and give advice, free to members.
