- Excellent customer service ratings and results (HEDIS and CAHPS).
- Competitive, diverse product portfolio, including value-based medical and pharmacy plans.
- Competitive premium position.
- Very strong pharmacy trend.
- Pricing increases more competitive than those of other major carriers.
- Profitability in all key lines of business accounting.
- Continued strong focus on disease and medical management.
- Further development of provider pay for performance.
