As a Providence Health Plan member, you have access to discounts for Laser Vision Correction (LASIK) and contact lenses through TruVision. This program is not a covered benefit under your medical health plan, but is a member extra value service.
Who is Eligible?
All Providence Health Plan covered members and their qualified dependents. The participating provider will verify your eligibility when you present your Providence Health Plan member ID card.
Laser Vision Correction Discounts
- Visit www.truvision.com or call TruVision at 1-877-315-2020 for questions or to schedule an appointment.
- TruVision contracts with hundreds of board-certified refractive surgeons nationwide to offer LASIK correction, including; telephone screening, comprehensive exam, procedure, post-operative exams, and lifetime re-treatment warranty.
- LASIK is available for $895 per eye, custom LASIK for $1,295 per eye and new "bladeless" LASIK for $1,895 per eye.
