Walgreens Mail Service Pharmacy
Providence Health Plan members with a prescription benefit can access mail order prescriptions with Walgreens Mail Service (formerly Walgreens Healthcare Plus).
Who is Eligible?
All members with a prescription benefit. Your doctor can call in the prescription or you can mail your prescription along with your PHP member identification number to Walgreens Mail Service.
Order Prescriptions by Mail
- Visit Walgreens Mail Service or call 1-800-635-3070 to order or transfer prescriptions
- Submit your prescription online, by phone or have your doctor call Walgreens Mail Service
- Prescriptions will be mailed within 3-5 business days
- Order refills at Walgreens Mail Service or call 1-800-RX-REFILLS (1-800-797-3345), approximately two weeks

Walgreens Mail Service contracts with Providence Health Plan as a participating pharmacy for members. Members are responsible for arrangement of services and/or payment of services directly to Walgreens Mail Service.
