Walgreens Mail Service Pharmacy
Providence Health Plan members with a prescription benefit can access mail order prescriptions with Walgreens Mail Service (formerly Walgreens Healthcare Plus).
Who is Eligible?
All members with a prescription benefit. Your doctor can call in the prescription or you can mail your prescription along with your Providence Health Plan member identification number to Walgreens Mail Service.
Order Prescriptions by Mail
- Visit Walgreens Mail Service or call 1-800-635-3070 to order or transfer prescriptions
- Submit your prescription online, by phone or have your doctor call Walgreens Mail Service
- Prescriptions will be mailed within 3-5 business days
- Order refills at Walgreens Mail Service or call 1-800-RX-REFILLS (1-800-797-3345), approximately two weeks
