Occupational Health Clinic
The Occupational Health Clinic provides pre-employment physicals, hearing and drug testing, work-site occupational health nurses, injured worker treatment and follow-up, Department of Transportation and other employment-related drug testing.
Travel Health Services
With an emphasis on prevention, the Travel Health Clinic offers the international traveler complete travel health services including: pre-travel advice, prescriptions and immunizations, as well as evaluation and referral for potential post-travel health concerns.
Sleep Lab Clinic
Providence Sleep Centers diagnose sleep apnea (central or obstructive) and other sleep disorders, such as restless leg syndrome, REM behavioral disorders, narcolepsy and parasomnias. We also evaluate the effect of treatments through the use of nasal CPAP and BiPAP (positive airway pressure mask treatment for sleep apnea).
Infusion Therapy Clinic
The Infusion Therapy Clinic provides services for people who need ongoing blood transfusions and antibiotic therapy.
Ray T. Yasui Dialysis Center
Ray T. Yasui Dialysis Center provides end-stage renal dialysis for patients from throughout the Columbia River Gorge, eastern Oregon and eastern Washington.

• Home Health Services
Provides registered nurse care, home health aides, rehabilitation and social services to residents in their homes, as prescribed by a physician.
• Women’s Clinic
Provides full service gynecology, including ultrasound, major and endoscopic surgery, basic infertility, urinary incontinence treatment and surgery as well as normal and high risk obstetrics.
Providence Gorge Counseling & Treatment Services
This unique outpatient behavioral health center provides assessments and counseling for children, adolescents, adults and families; drug and alcohol abuse evaluations, individual and group treatment; and occupational health drug and alcohol assessments. Providence Gorge Counseling & Treatment Services is the only Gorge-area agency that offers chemical dependency and dual-diagnosis treatment services.
Providence Mountain Clinic
Located at Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort, the Providence Mountain Clinic operates when the resort is open. In addition to on-site physicians and nurses, clinic staff includes radiology technicians and admitting personnel.
Providence Senior Village
Providence Senior Village offers four types of housing for elders. Down Manor is a 100-apartment independent, active retirement facility; Dethman Manor is a 27-apartment independent living building for seniors and disabled people; and Brookside Manor offers both assisted living apartments and a secure dementia care wing under one roof.
