Construction Update

 
Work Completed This Week - 5/4/08
• Landscaping continued at the Park & Prospect Lot.
• MEP work continued in the tunnel and the CUP.
• The CUP SOG was poured.
• Slab prep at the lower addition was completed.
• The footings at the upper addition were formed.

Work Completed This Week - 4/13/08
• Interior column footings were poured at the lower addition.
• Curb work continued at the Park & Prospect parking lot.
• Under slab MEP work started at the lower addition.
• The second floor slab was poured at the CUP.
• Landscape sprinkler system is being installed/repaired throughout the site.

Work Completed This Week - 4/6/08
• Grade beam at the ’57 building was poured.
• Wall forms were stripped and placed for the next pour.
• Waterproofing and footing drains were installed at the /57 building and the addition.
• Spread footings at the lower level of the addition were formed.
• Steel erection at the CUP continued.

Work Completed This Week - 3/30/08
• A dry well was discovered and was pumped and removed.
• Wall forms were stripped and placed for the next pour.
• Waterproofing and footing drains were installed at the /57 building and the addition.
• New storefront doors were installed at the Imaging entrance.
• Steel erection at the CUP continued.

Work Completed This Week - 3/23/08
• Foundation walls were poured for the addition.
• Wall forms were stripped and placed for the next pour.
• Curbs and sidewalks were poured around ED Drive.
• Demolition and clean-up continued at the upper addition area.
• Concrete slab was poured at the Electrical Building.

Work Completed This Week - 3/16/08
• First foundation walls were poured for the addition.
• Wall forms were stripped and placed for the next pour.
• Grading and curb work continued throughout the site.
• Demolition and clean-up continued at the upper addition area.
• Concrete slab over the fuel tank was poured.
