HOSPITAL OFFERS FREE RIDE TO DIABETES EXPO

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is offering a free, comfortable bus ride from Hood River to the Portland Diabetes Expo this Saturday, February 3. Passengers will board the Providence Senior Village bus at the Hood River Aquatic Center parking lot at 9:00 a.m. and return at 4:00 p.m. Call 541-387-6416 to reserve a seat.
The American Diabetes Association's Portland Diabetes Expo at the Convention Center, will include displays and demonstrations of the latest products, free samples and information, medical professionals will answer questions, cooking and exercise demonstrations, free health screenings, talks by nationally known experts in diabetes management and an interactive area for children.
