As we age, our bodies change and we face new health challenges, including maintaining good nutrition. Nutritional needs are different for those over the age of 60 and poor nutrition is common in seniors. Providence Hood River dietician, Maureen Sprague, R.D., C.D.E., will discuss the latest information on nutrients seniors commonly miss in their diet. She will also cover the key vitamins and minerals seniors need to thrive in their golden years.
