Hospital Sets Aside Emergency and Radiology Parking

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital wants the community to know that, in spite of construction in the emergency driveway, it is possible to get to and park near the Emergency and Diagnostic Imaging (Radiology) Departments.
During this phase of construction, emergency vehicles and private cars can drive up the alley from Montello Street or from 12th Street. After dropping off patients, drivers can park on the east side of the hospital's emergency entrance and along the alley. These spaces have been specifically designated for Emergency and Diagnostic Imaging patient parking.
"If finding parking is a problem for patients, any of the construction workers wearing orange vests can help," says Jean Sheppard, associate administrator in charge of construction. For more information, call Providence Hood River's Community Relations office, 541-387-6342.
