OFFER VOLUNTEER TRAINING

HOOD RIVER, Ore – Faith in Action Providence Community Caregivers is looking for volunteers who can help aging or disabled people remain independent and able to stay in their own homes. Providence Brookside Manor, 1550 Brookside Drive, Hood River
DETAILS:
Volunteers are welcomed from churches, synagogues, mosques, and other communities of faith and from the community at large. Volunteers help with simple things, such as picking up groceries or providing a ride to the doctor. With this volunteer assistance, members of the community who have long-term illnesses or disabilities can maintain their independence for as long as possible.
