Level 1: Daily monitoring and distribution of medications, assistance with bathing and dressing, and scheduling medical appointments. Except for daily medication and other reminders, a resident at this level of service should only require intermittent personal assistance, not daily assistance.
Level 2: In addition to all level one services, level two residents receive daily assistance with dressing, grooming and hygiene, bed making, and apartment tidying. Occasional wheelchair assistance to meals, nutritional intake monitoring, incontinence management, and similar services as indicated in the plan of care.
Level 3: In addition to all level one and two services, residents would require routine, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living and personal care. These services may include wheelchair assistance to all meals, incontinence management with night time bathroom assistance, and staff intervention for behaviors commonly associated with early stages of dementia.
