  Cardiovascular Risk Reduction can help you change your lifestyle to reduce your risk for cardiovascular disease. This program includes:

- Nutrition analysis with a dietician
- Educational classes
- Goal setting
- Individual program design
- Close monitoring and measurement of your progress
- Encouragement by professional staff
 Risk Factors

If you have two or more of the risk factors, you’re at a greater risk of heart disease.
- Cigarette Smoking – the greatest preventable cause of death
- High Blood Pressure – which is often undiagnosed
- High Blood Cholesterol – fatty deposits that clog the arteries
- Physical Inactivity – contributes to other risk factors
- Obesity – excess weight increases the strain on the heart
- Diabetes – which can increase your risk for heart attack
- Family History -  you're more likely to develop it
