Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital Emergency Services is a 24-hour physician staffed ER. Full range of Emergency services are provided, for minor sickness, to accidents, as well as more serious, potentially life-threatening conditions.
All of our Emergency Department physicians and nurses are certified in advanced cardiac life support, advanced trauma life support and pediatric advanced life support. We are staffed with bilingual physicians and offer a full range of interpreter services.
Wondering if you need emergency care?
An emergency is a medical problem that may cause death or permanent injury if not treated right away. If you are having trouble breathing, having chest pain, or the victim of a serious fall, you should call 911 immediately. For minor concerns, the ED staff will provide basic answers to your questions.
