We also evaluate the effect of treatments through the use of nasal CPAP and BiPAP (positive airway pressure mask treatment for sleep apnea). Providence Sleep Center Services If your doctor refers you for a sleep study at Providence, you can rest assured you will receive the highest quality care by staff who are specially trained and credentialed to conduct sleep studies. Before your sleep study, you will receive specific instructions on how to prepare. Studies are not painful and are conducted in private rooms much like hotel rooms. Each room has a private bathroom and shower. Other amenities are available if needed.
If a significant breathing problem is detected early in the study, treatment may be introduced at that time. After the study results are reviewed, our experts will prescribe the best treatment option for you.
