WELCOME to the Providence Marianwood web site. Providence Marianwood enjoys a superior reputation in the community for providing high-quality nursing care with love, compassion and respect for the dignity of all individuals. Owned and operated by Providence Health & Services, we are the only not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehab facility on the Eastside of King County. Nestled in the woods, on the south end of the Issaquah Plateau, we pride ourselves on truly being "more than a nursing home."

How Do I Get To Providence Marianwood?  
Go east on I-90 and take Exit 17 (Front street) in Issaquah. Turn left. Go about 2 1/2 miles on the East Lake Sammamish Parkway. Turn right on SE 43^rd Way. There is a stoplight at this intersection. Continue up the hill past the Providence Point Retirement Community. After cresting the hill turn left on Providence Point Dr. SE. (at the fountain).
