Our Services
Service Area
Our main office and pharmacy are located in Renton. Services are provided primarily in Washington, Alaska, Idaho, and Montana. We contract with licensed home health and hospice programs to provide nursing services outside the Puget Sound area as needed, and we ship pharmacy and nutrition products anywhere.
Infusion Nursing Services
A thorough patient assessment is completed prior to initiating infusion therapy at home to ensure that the patient is an appropriate candidate for home services. Infusion nurses provide one-on-one training with patients and caregivers for self-administration of infusion therapies and management of pumps and other specialized infusion equipment. Our infusion nurses are qualified for midline placements and IV catheter repair, and are available to the patient or caregiver at any time by phone should assistance be needed.
Infusion Pharmacy
Clinical pharmacists work closely with the patient’s physician and the infusion nurse and dietitian to coordinate care for the ordered therapies.
Our therapies include:

Nutrition Services
Nutrition therapy to feed patients through a feeding tube (enteral nutrition) or an IV (total parenteral nutrition - TPN) is available. All enteral and TPN nutrition patients are monitored by a registered dietitian. The enteral program offers oversight by a registered dietitian, and the TPN interdisciplinary care team includes a pharmacist, dietitian, and nurse. Our dietitians complete nutritional assessments for all at-risk patients and provide education and teaching as required. All clinical staff are available 24/7.
Oral Dose Pharmacy
The Oral Dose Pharmacy provides pharmacy services to Providence affiliates. Clinical pharmacists have specialties in geriatric pharmacy, pain management, and hospice consults.
