This project is a collaboration between Providence Health System, the Seattle Housing Authority and HUD (United States Department of Housing and Urban Development) as part of the Hope VI redevelopment of The Highpoint neighborhood in West Seattle. Overview - Rents are subsidized by the government. Residents pay 30% of their annual income for rent.
- Three-story building (with elevator) with 74 one-bedroom apartments. Four of the apartments are accessible for disabilities.
- Apartments are approximately 515 square feet with full kitchens.

Eligibility Requirements Residents must be at least 62 years old. (In a two person household, only one person needs to be 62.)
Annual income must be below $27,250 for a one person household or below $31,150 for a two person household.
Management and Operation Elizabeth House is owned and operated by the Providence Health System, a nonprofit Catholic health care organization dedicated to serving all in need.
