Welcome to Providence St. Francis House in Olympia, Washington. Founded in 1998, St. Francis House is nestled among the trees adjacent to the Providence St. Peter Hospital. We offer all of the comforts of home in a friendly, caring atmosphere. Doctor's offices, banks, grocery stores, movie theaters and public transportation are all in close proximity.

Eligibility

Residents must be at least 62-years-old. (In a two-person household, only one person needs to be 62.)  

Annual income must be below $23,150 for a one-person household or below $26,450 for a two-person household.

Management and Operations
Providence St. Francis House is owned and operated by the Providence Health System, a nonprofit Catholic health care organization dedicated to serving all in need.
