Providence Vincent House

 
Vincent HouseWelcome to Vincent House located in downtown Seattle, Washington in the Pike Place Market. Founded in 1985 by the Sisters of Providence, we have been providing quality housing for seniors for almost 20 years. Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, we are close to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, bus lines, doctors and personal services. People are our priority at Vincent House and we encourage everyone who is interested to apply. Please do not let financial questions prevent you from contacting us.

The interior of Vincent House is currently undergoing a complete renovation. We will have newly renovated studio apartments available by the end of November 2006.

Eligibility Requirements

Residents must be at least 62 years old. (In a two-person household, only one person needs to be 62.) 

Annual income must be below $28,500 for a one-person household or below $32,550 for a two-person household.


Management and Operation
Vincent House is owned and operated by the Providence Health System, a nonprofit Catholic health care organization dedicated to serving all in need.
