  Richard Shreder, Administrator, 425-391-2890   richard.shreder@providence.org

Richard Shreder is the Providence Marianwood Administrator.

“Resident Directed Care allows the people we serve — the very people who call Marianwood home — to set our schedules and dictate our policies based on their wishes.  Marianwood already enjoys a great reputation for being more like a home than an institution. Our goal is to keep moving in that direction. When I come to work in the morning, I am a guest in their home; and my job is to make their home safe and beautiful while providing the best physical, spiritual and psychosocial care possible.”

Originally from Chicago, Richard has worked in senior care in the Northwest for thirty years.  He has been responsible for improving resident care and building successful teams of care providers. He has also consulted for, and directed, the operations of senior care facilities across four states.
